Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI)
A nonprofit organization based in New South Wales, Australia, Dr. Paul Lam, Director. Website offers free lessons; Master Trainers around the world offer instruction and certification in many areas. Adjunct Tai Chi Productions offers DVDs for sale. The Yang 24 and 32 Sword on fredimac.org are based on Dr. Lam’s version of these forms. Membership fee, around $20 per year for certified instructors.

Tai Chi for Health Community (TCHC)
A U.S. nonprofit organization, an adjunct to TCHI, composed of tai chi instructors and practitioners. The TCHC provides support and promotes networking among instructors teaching tai chi for health. All are welcome to join, regardless of tai chi background. Membership fee: $45 per year. Offers insurance for certified instructors for an added fee.
