Includes brief history of tai chi and a description of the basic principles of tai chi, followed by detailed step-by-step instructions for the 37 Yang style form. C. P. Ong, Taijiquan: Cultivating Inner Strength, Bagua Press, 2013. Includes detailed history of the different schools of tai chi, with an emphasis on Chen style, as well as in-depth discussion of the principles of practice. With Chinese-English glossary.

T’ai-Chi Touchstones: Yang Family Secret Transmissions, compiled and translated by Douglas Wile, Sweet C’hi Press, New York, 1986.
